VNC Speed Issues
Hi, I have a strange situation - I'm controlling a render farm of 2000 Pro machines and some 2000 Server machines running VNC server, and connecting from any of machines running the VNC client to any of these machines is pretty slow - a couple of seconds delay in mouse movement, for example...- DexterBip

Dell Powervault 715 problems
I've recently attempted to reinstall Windows on a Dell Powervault 715 NAS device, and the NAS Manager system finds and recognises the system, but with an Unknown status, making it impossible to apply any configuration. Hi Silmeron, Just to let you (and anyone else who's interested) know, I finally got round to installing the 4 x 250Gb drives into my 725, and reinstalled the O/S per the instructions - and it worked like a dream first time! Mind you, formatting the RAID5 volume on a terabyte of disc space took...- DexterBip

Hi Silmeron, I'm in the same position you were, only I have 4 of the 480Gb Powervaults (4 x 120b Hard drives) which I need to upgrade to the 1T with 4 x 250Gb hard drives in each. How exactly did you upgrade your drives? A quick run-through would be a big help - I need to get this right first...- DexterBip
