Before this problem I had the "E4102 Unable to Open Database" error message so I did the delete all *.chi, rAAA***.chg and *.chk files and initialized the astpsdat(CA Help Desk instrustions). Could this have anything to do with it? I've done this before without any issues afterwards.

ArcServe 2000 Advanced Edition, Version 7.0 Build (1100)
Activity log does not diplay any warning or critical alerts. It does diplay informational alerts.
There are warning but they are not showing up in the log.
We are Running NT 4.0 Server and have;
1. Download the virus signature updates off of web-site.
2. Installed onto the server with Automatic updates checked off.
3. Server checks each workstation every 240 minutes and does update if required.
