    120GXP 120 Gig (only 32 Gig recognized)

    Jumper settings for IBM harddrives are located at the following web site. http://www.storage.ibm.com/hdd/support/d120gxp/d120gxpjum.htm I know it says for the 120GXP, but they are all the same. As long as you do not have a bios limitation you should be using the 16 head settings.

    First thing to do is check the jumper settings on the drive. If your system BIOS was unable to see the drive, you may have set the jumpers to the 32GB clip settings. You would want to use the 16 head slave settings as shown on the IBM website here...
