HI,
We have an issue between a CS1K, session manager and our SIP IVR platform.
If we originate a call from our platform and dial either a standard extension or CDN the SM returns back a 487 Request Terminated after 180 seconds. We fundamentally cannot queue calls to an agent group.
If the...
Thanks 'Utreg' What we have set up is a script which uses 'QUEUE TO AGENT' and we tone down the Agent ID.
This seems to work OK accept where the agent is busy but we have a plan for that.
We have a customer with 400+ agents who wants to be able to route a call to the Login ID. We cannot use pos ID as the agents can sit anywhere in the building. Also the customer wants to preserve the individual call stats.
The customer has a third party name dialler which recognises the agent...
We have a CCT 6 server monitoring calls to incoming CDN's and applying routing rules based on inbound CLI.
The issue we have is that we can only every acquire 5 CDN's. The 6th and onwards generates an error of "failed to acquire a contactcentre license for nnnn: Limit exceeded.
There are 700...
Both applications are custom developed so that may not be possible.
I guess, in principle, I was looking for a general feel if anyone had done something similar. There must be sites with call recording and screen pop, it seems so common these days particularly call centres.
Have a customer site with CCT. Is it possible to deploy call recording and a separate screen popping application on the same server?
The call recording is monitoring stations for call events to stop and start recording and the screen pop app presents CLI in a thin client?
Any help would be...
I have two routes one an incoming BRI from BT and an internal PRI connected to an IVR.
Both RDB have a TARG of 0. I have a TSC of 2500 to route to the PRI.
I modified the IDC of the BRI to route to the PRI but I get a network message "this service is not compatible with this call"
Any ideas??
Update from Friday, we managed to get a Dell engineer onsite who changed the motherboard as our NIC is embedded; that made no difference.
Hedid comment that DEll should have supplied us with the 64bit version of XP as this is a 64 bit processor. I am not sure what difference that is going to...
That is correct there are no fileds within the main form. The main form consists of various functions with a central sub form displaying the results of a query. Once the results have been displayed the user wants to highlight a particular row and the then edit the information in a tabbed form...
There are no new clients; I am using existing mailboxes. So mt current mailbox is the one I am testing on. I have another laptop which I am teting with connecting to my mail box OK. The new XP machine is trying to connect to this mailbox as well, not at the same time though.

I have created a form which has a combo box obtaining its data from a table containing a list of floors in a building. When the combo box is used it displays the floors as 1,11,12,13,2,21,22,3,31 etc.
How can I display them as 1,2,3,4,5 etc.
Within the table they are in the correct order.
Thanks
Thanks.
My F1 contains the subform which has Query.GENQRY within it. I have created a form GENRESULTS which I want to populate from the sub form Query. When I add the button I get the following error "You have chosen forms that can't be linked. You must have at least one field that can be...
Thanks for your suggestions.
I tried that but still do joy. I actually compared the registery settings from another XP machines regarding RPC bindings and they are identicle. In frustration I rebuilt the machine over the weekend so now it is just a fresh build of XP SP2 and Outlook 2003; still...
Hi Marcs41,
The answer your questions:
All the machines are in the same Domain.
They have the correct rights as they are all current users.
The passwords match because I can log them onto the Domain and authenticate them.
I tried the IP address of the exch server and that had the same failure...
Thanks 'exchangesolution' I have disabled the firewall, I removed & installed the NIC and updated the driver. I then unchecked TCP/IP and then enabled it but that made no difference.
I can browse the internet OK across the LAN. The users are all existing AD & exchange users who can currently...
