    best search engine?

    google is a very good site, but www.dogpile is great because it will search many other engines and give you the results to them as well. it searches google, ask jeeves, sprinks and many others to get the answer you need so you get results from every engine combined on one site.

    ejecting the backup tape in use?

    if the server has a green light that says tape in use, and you eject that tape does the backup start over with a new tape, does it complete or will it be an error? why would it say in use from the backing up the previous night, it is a scheduled backup.
