    Paparazi, thanks for the reply. Can you tell anything about where the mention contact would be? My cdr is a Sony! Is it along side the plastic housing or on some print and is it usually a photocell or what? Any suggestion appreciated! DocDj

    Thanks for your swift response. I have been to Sonys page, but as the baydoor wont stay closed, I cant run the Drivecheck and there isn't any firm upgrade available. So any new suggestions are very welcome Dennis
