    A error 52 error should be a scanner motor problem on this unit. You have to take a lot of things out to fix it but generally replacing this part will fix that particular problem.     "Insufficient rights for defaultprotocol IPX/SPX"

    I always found when I got that message that I had to log into more of our Novell servers. Specifically, we had 3.x and 4.x servers running at the same time. Until I was logged into all of the 4.x as supervisor and one 3.x, I got that message. Good luck!
