    12340000, Can you be a little more specific with the process on how to stop that half ring. What specifically do I need to do to stop that half ring everytime there in an incoming call? I have been looking for an answer on that issue for months now. Your input is greatly appreciated.

    I have a Norstar 0X32 and everytime there is an incoming call some of the phones ring once (more like half a ring). I have tried to trouble shoot this issue, but I can't find an answer. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!!
