njphones, you mentioned trouble with DID on the redirect feature. I've had this trouble, and set the disconnect supervision on the DID trunks and still can not get the feature to work. Its a MICS 0x32 ver. 3 so do not have ext. call forward capability.
No, a simple 2 channel Startalk Flash. No out transfer feature on it. There is an ext txfr point on the CCR, an off prem notification for the vm however nothing that would seem to be a user based transfer. I have off prem sending calls to the cell, however this is the only semi-workaround...
I certainly appreciate the guidance. Just found this forum and it's a fantastic reference. I'll keep trying at the redirect on the DID targets. I suppose it'll be time to upgrade soon in any case!
Version 3.0 is apparently radically different because regardless of the setup (I followed the directions incl. trying the CFNA to the dest code) the code can not be entered into the forward or CFNA setup. The redirect isn't working when pointed to a destination either.
Hi! I've viewed the FAQ and it refers to having 4.1 which we do not. I believe the redirect feature will work with 3.0 however I can not get it working and I suspect it may be the DID configuration. One post within the forum noted that DID is troublesome so wondered if there was any advice on...
On a MICS 0x32 ver3.0 I've tried to enable redirect for a set with a DID line out to poolA to an external cell number. System answers when called, but goes to a fast busy. Prime set for target line is none, all poolA lines are supvr. Any tips appreciated.
