As you suggested, I tried opening a .dbf file and it took me back to the desk top. Any other suggestions?

The above message displays when two files are being accessed. This is happening on several machines. Is there some way we can do access these files?
A few weeks ago, I opened a database file only to discover that the field name format for the .apr was fine, but somehow the field name format for the database looked like DOS format. Spaces were now underscored and the name was cut off. I had no idea how this happened and it was time...
When I go into the Create menu in .apr "A," it is grayed out until "Named Find/Sort. As a result, I cannot create a worksheet or report. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Paul, Thanks for your suggestion. I went into report view. Clicked on Find, Find Assistatnt. However, none of my summary fields are there. When I go into Create, Field Definitions, the summary fields are there. Any suggestions?
I have a report that prints detail lines and then sums fields (SSum) by group. If a particular sum is zero, I don't want to print that group. Is it possible to do this?
