I don´t know the Premiere 5.1 LE limitations. But I think you have another kind of problem: this project file may be corrupted! Not getting transparent titles
To do a transparent title you have to put it at video 2. Check the transparency at clip/video/transparency. If you, using the premiere title program, have a title with white background. You have to select "white alpha matte" as the transparency mode. Another way is to use the...- flicker
