1. log in under Customer Service/Administration you should see an option for choice for back up time

I would check the pick-up group. Can you remove one of the extensions from the group and see what happens?
Do you have an assigned button for the pickup group on one of the phones? I think you have to have at least one phone with the button in order to make it ring normal.
Recently installed Definity 12 port Gateway/Extender.
However, a few calls keep getting dropped, with the following error on the log:
Local SSP offline. After a few re-connect tries, it goes back to normal.
Any suggestions?
