I am printing out a report with three different numeric formats : e.g. 5,765 1.56 and 98.3
When I export to excel, the excel spreadsheet appears to take on the numberic format of all three (commas and two decimal). If I select all and set format to 'general' the decimals appear...
the crosstab will begin on the bottom of one page and continue on the next. We want to page break at the end of data for one of the fields which is grouped. The order of the crosstab is
Catagory Item ID Report type etc. ... Data ...
We are grouping by Category, Item ID, and Report...
Thanks ElspethA for that answer. The problem is that the report is created using a crosstab and is inserted into a Group Footer, so I am not using a Detail section.
Any other suggestions???
I am generating rows of data which are grouped by Category, Vendor Item, Item Desc, and Report Criteria. All i want to do is to alternate the color of rows of data for easier reading? Can anyone help me or send me to the correct help location?
