Frozen windows
Could some one please explain the "Window Frozen" error in a sniffer trace file. I have read what the help in Sniffer says, however I am looking for some more thorough information.- dhickey

Configuring alerter to send SMTP mails (InoculateIT 6.0)
Well I was in the same boat as you. I had our system administrator actually setup the SMTP part of it. I wish I could be more help, but I don't know how to set that part up myself. I know it does work, I get emails all the time. I will see if he has time to give me some more info on how he did...- dhickey

Configuring alerter to send SMTP mails (InoculateIT 6.0)
You need to setup the IIS smtp server in order for SMTP alerting to work. CA was so nice to add SMTP alert without and help what so ever.- dhickey
