Hello Windows folks, On a specific PC, everytime i start up a program, it causes "Server Busy -This action cannot be completed because other program is busy. Choose 'Switch to' to activate busy program and correct the program." error. What is the gerenal cause or reason of this error...- ueaya

To determine if a computer has winsock 1.1 installed or winsock2.0, which file i have to examine: Winsock.dll or wsock32.dll?? Which file version is for winsock1.1 and which is for winsock2.0?? Thank you very much for your help!- ueaya
