    Can't add a network printer

    We have a w2k server network running w2k pro clients. Our network printer is a QMS 2200 desklaser. On some accounts when I try to add the printer using the Add printer wizard, no printer is found in the directory. The printer works fine with other accounts from the same user group. Any help...

    Sorry, I should have been clearer. I have 400 students who already have a profile. What I want to do is give them all a predetermined profile to keep everyone the same. But I don't want to access each account seperately. Any thoughts are much appreciated.

    We have recently set up a win 2000server network with a qms 2200 desklaser. Is it possible to have the username displayed on the header/footer of all printouts. If not is there any other way of identifying which account a printout has come from. Thanks in advance
