Don't read this story from this "instruktor".
On port fa0/23 is no port-security configured.So it is not shutdown because of a security violation.
As you can see there are input-errors on this port.I bet this is due to a defect patch-cord.
Replace the cord , go in...
Manually shut down ??? This is complete bullshit.As you can see there are input errors coming from your client.The cause of this can be a broken patch-cord or wall-outlet.Happens a lot.Replace the cord and check again.
