I found what my problem was!
After contacting Nortel support, the Tech was a bit lost
after I detailed everything I tried out to troubleshoot.
Finally he call me back, and we found out it's because of the laptop (Dell Latitude CPi-A) I use to console in the XLR, yeap, Dell rocks.[nosmiley]
