Our helpdesk here uses VNC (http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/index.html) It might not be the fastest on earth but surely one of the cheapest since it is free. [bluegreedy] I think it definitly worth a try. I don't know about file transfer capabilities though. Cheers Oliver
