Unless you do a mass data conversion, there is no other method to perform this function other than "rebuilding" the entire component history manually.
AddOns, Inc. specializes in mass data conversions and has performed this conversion many times. Please feel free to drop me a line at...
Glen,
I fought with this one myself. The only way I could get it to work was name the photo with <employee_id>.jpg (which you have done) and set the photo path with the entire URL (drive letters wouldn't work). This was on v5.2.1.1
Hope this works.

Oz,
Have another look at the data: the same work order appears for two separate items of equipment as well. As you are aware, regardless of the number of tasks and work groups, there can only be ONE item of equipment attached to the work order.
Donna,
I have seen this problem a couple of times. Here is what I tracked down as the probelms:
1) Users changed the equipemnt number on the work order through MSQ620
2) Same work order numbers from different districts.
Did this happen in version 4.1 or is this new since 5.2.3?
The best way to do this is by modifying the attributes in MSQ020.
You can do this by expanding the MSQ140 program, go to the "Requisition" attribute and change the "Issue Requisition Number" and "Purchase Requisition Number" to Read Only.
