    Thanks that seems to have resolved the problem (setting the package identity to specific account rather than the default 'interactive' account).

    Does anyone know the cause of this error ? My ASP script runs fine after the component is first registered, then later starts returning this error. By re-registering or simply going into the Transaction Server explorer, the error seems to disappear again. Any suggestions ?

    ASP problem on IIS 4.0

    I had the some problem and got round it by registering the component with MTS. I still not sure whether this is a solution or just a workaround
