    Yes I am installing the Win98SE from CDROM and have already set the CDROM as my boot drive. But the same message keep coming up! I have also reformatted the disk a few times. Very frustrated! I thought installing Win98 is a simple task!

    What happened is that I formatted the whole hard disk and trying to reinstall Win98 again. No matter how many times I fdisk the c: drive, the message keep coming up. What else can I do? Thank you!

    I was trying to install Windows98 on one of my old Pentinum II PC. There is always this error message "MS DOS incompatible with Windows 98". I have tried to use a start up disk, but it doesn't work. Please help. What should I do next?
