In Access, link externally to the Mas200 AR1_CustomerMaster table. Create a query with your table and the AR1_CustomerMaster table with a link between the two Customer Numbers. the fields in the Query would be Division,CustomerNumber & AccountNumber
In VI, use this query as the input table...
If you have your access table linked to AR1 as an equal join, VI will import only matched numbers and write the UDF record. The UDF fields are on the end of the AR1 file so you import the Division,Customer and UDF fields from the query.
Here is the method I use to run VI externally from the desktop:
