cannot install USB devices
Thanks for your responses, but I gave up and upgraded to Windows 2000. It was a hassle finding all the correct drivers but I consider it to be the only reasonable move considering I never want to see another ME system. Microsoft should be forced to replace this piece of crap.- bigsnake

cannot install USB devices
When a USB device is connected, WinME freezes with the window "upgrading hardware database" displayed. A reboot with the hardware connected results in the same symptom. It boots OK without any USB devices, but will not let me connect any without the lockup. I attempted to upgrade the...- bigsnake
