WWW Publishing Service
We have the same problem but in addition to the WWW Publishing Services the FTP Publishing Services also stops. Not using MS Proxy is also not an option for us right now. I would be interested to know if anybody is collecting mail on a POP3 account that is having mail delivery problems in...- Jim007

No outside mail incoming, yet deleted at ISP
We use SBS and Exchange 5.5. Our mail is also collected from a ISP POP3 account. I have read through this thread and it would seem that we are experiencing very smiliar problems whereby on occassions no incoming mail is delivered to users.
