I am not posting regarding an error. My e-mail system works fine.
I am asking for advice on how I can stop a user from sending external e-mail, but not affect all other e-mail communication.
How can I set up a mailbox where the user can send/receive internal message as normal, receive external message normally, but can not send external messages?
This would have to be easily reversed since they would get permission to send external e-mail once they went to an Acceptable Use Training.
