phaser 340 and phaser 850
I have a Phaser 340 that gives the same error code. Does your printer also make a grinding or growling noise after is goes through it initialization. What I have found is there is a problem with the x-axis home sensor. I have yet to narrow down where it is located. Kevin- hotdog3519

Phaser 340 Fault 06,001.42:77473
I recently acquired a Phaser 340. After it goes through its warm-up it makes a grinding noise and then it gives me a fault 06,001.42:77473 error. Does anyone know what this means. I was unable to find any help from the Tektronix/Xerox web site. Your help will be greatly appreciated- hotdog3519
