Exchange Server: The recipient name is not recognized
Ann, It may be that your Mail server is listed on a spam list somewhere and that is why the receipients mail server is rejecting your mail. See http://www.ordb.org to submit your mail server for spam / open relay testing... fyi, Bob- rtroup

"Recipient was unavailable to take message"
We have also have an MS-Exchange Server 5.5. We are also unable to send to any AOL Users. I have also spoken with AOL Support they indicated that they installed some new spam filtering software. I have been dealing with this issue for about the same amount of time since end of June, 1st of July...- rtroup
