I'm in need of some advice on how to prioritize voice traffic (SIP & Skinny) from my Call manager and Asterisk servers to my Cisco 3640 gateway router. What is the best approach for this? and does anyone have any how to docs on setting this up?

Is there a way to log when an admin opens a users inbox when the admin is not the owner of the mailbox but has permissions to access it. I need a way to track when admins open other users mailboxes.

In the OPSEC Application properties of the UFP object, make sure you are uning " Clear (opsec) " in compatibility mode. If that by itself doesn't work you make have to edit another file on the Websense server.

Look in the Smart View Tracker at the dropped ICMP packet log entry. It should tell you the size of the IMCP packet. You might try adjusting this in the Smart Defense setting under Max Ping Size.
