    You need to run nbtstat. Nbstat never existed and won't work. Running it from a command prompt in XP will work.

    win2k auto reboot

    Not sure about 2k, but I know that in NT we used to run an AT command that fired up and used the Shutdown command to restart other servers when we wanted them cycled. You could probably do something similar.
