Convert single SATA drive to RAID
Is there a way to convert a single SATA boot disk to RAID 0 without reinstalling XP? I plan to add a second 160MB SATA drive to my ASUS A7V600-X, then stripe the two and use them as the boot drive. Cloned master IDE HD to new SATA HD, but not booting
I did the same thing you tried to do. I wanted to replace my 80MB Maxtor IDE with a 160MB Hitachi SATA as the boot disk, retaining the Maxtor as a second disk.
