There is too much data to normalize! so a work around would be the answer, if there is one. Thanks Paul

i have table for example of 2 fields. 1st field contains "1;2;3;4;5;6" and 2nd field contains "Example". The question is can the 1st field be separated in a list box or combo box to display the rows as "1 Example" "2 Example" 3 Example", etc etc ??? thanks, paul.

I use Access 97 for the front end with SQL server 7 holding the data. For some reason when I come in in the morning accessing the data from sql server is painfully slow, yet after an hour or two the speed picks up. When I come in the following day, I get exactly the same thing. I have no idea...

i'm running several windows 98 workstations with Access 97 (Office 97) installed with the data stored on the server in SQL Server 7. keep getting the above error and it seems to happen when the users are all accessing the data at the same time.... Anybody got any idea how to fix this problem???
