I will assure you that everythinsgs is correct and in addition why this problem come-up with 3 servers? Other point, why if I reinstall Arcserve 2000 with SP3 is working?? Unable to find media and the job failed
After applayng the SP4 I get the followings errors on 3 backup server: - The Jobs failed - W3831 Unable to find any media. - Mount media request cancelled by user or by default timeout. - W3832 Unable to find a blank media.
