trying to output wav sound through voice modem to phone line

windows 98 uptime values?
windows 98 among the others records how long it has been since the last reboot. is there anyway to set this value to anything i want? if not, is there just a way to reset it without actually restarting? where is the uptime value stored in windows 98? are there any programs that can reset or set...- skel924
