Caller ID on Norstar
Hi, We have numerous Norstar 8X24 and 0X32s that we collect CDR on, but do not get caller in in the data. The 8X24s are running DR5.0 and the 0X32s are on 4.1, (I'm guessing on the 0X32). It is as simple as adding a caller is trunk card and telling telco to supply CID on the line, and it will...- default

Right click my computer properties select network identification go to network id and start the wizard you can pick business or home pick the one you want the home one will offer the option of logon automatic and you can pick the admin account.W2K has the feature by default that last user logged...- default
