Hi All, I have installed interbase 6.5 on windows 2003, and a client on XP.. Unfortunately, I cant connect to the database file on the server from XP, even when I use the database desktop.. I' wondering if I upgrade to Interbase Ver 7.1, will it a safer and trouble free install.. Thanks

Thanks BTECHO that work's a treat, now I can get MP3 files into a database.. Next problem is, does any one know how to read them back out again, ie play them through a media player..
