Where do I get the latest updates? Can they be downloaded from some site? The PCMCIA card that is in the system is probably only as current as Version 10.- Esskay2

Automated Announcements with R7.0
Is there anyway to do an automated speaker page (or send something to a PC to cause it to happen) if a call is holding for a department (such as "Call Holding for Sales" or "Support")? We currently do this with a PC-based system we are running, but would like to do the same...- Esskay2
