    Now I have tried a Solaris 8 2/02 InstallServer. I removed the install client, and used the add_install_client script, which the Solaris 8 CD image contains. Nothing changed, still the same probs ... If anyone have an idea what to do, please tell me Christian

    I don't remember where I read this, but there was written that a InstallServer can contain more than one CD Image. But I think you're right, I should test it with Solaris 8 CDs (if I can get them :)

    Hi, I have a Sun Netra X1 server running Solaris 8. The Terminal is a Windows 2k machine. The problem is when I shutdown the w2k machine, the server go down to OK Mode. I tried to disable the watchdog and the ASR, but it doesn't work. Is there any method to disable this? Bye Christian
