    Operators COnsole DNA Ver 5

    Help ! I'm having a few problems with a group of 4 operators Work stations. For no reason the calls will appear in the Que but cannot be picked up. Then maybe 5 mins - 4hours it will be back to normal.. Any idea's anyone ?? Thanks in advance. Susip
