I have a command line SMTP email utility that also does the job pretty fine, and I'm happy to email it to you. Only problem is when you port your code from Win32 to Un!x, it won't work anymore. That's where using the Net::SMTP module has the advantage -- code portability!!

Hi all,
The DRAC cards are the biggest dissapointment for me in the line of Dell hardware. We are running critical systems on Dell servers, and we're expected to support systems in other countries, however, when a server dies, you have to rely on the DRAC card to get it back up... Well well...
I guess that the POP3 module will do the job for you. I've used it for similar things. Basically you read through the mailbox via POP3, and scan each message. If the message contains what you're looking for, then act on it. Look on http://search.cpan.org for the POP3 module.
Hi, any idea what tar: 0511-194 Reached end-of-file before expected. means? My tar commands are working, but something is causing this one to fall over. I'm guessing the problem is related to the size of the tar. Is there a limit on it? I'm using AIX 4.3.3.
Thanks!
