Well the good news is this software upgrade and new KSU are included in my service contract so we will be ahead of the game - A few months ago they wanted me to pay for a software upgrade, so this worked out well. Thknks to all !

My system has this noise problem as well - the lines from Verizon have a very low hum (verizon techs say they are clear), problem is the system takes that hum and amplifies it.

I did have a tech install about seven ext's to an Anaolg Station port about 2 weeks ago - Could that have something to do with this?

Are there any real probems that can be caused by an accedental set copy to all phones in the system? A couple of weeks ago the ext which houses the cta and the switchboard was copied by mistake to all phones. We removed all the ring and appears on the other sets and reprogrammed feature...

The lastest on this situation is the system giving alarm coes 68-0702, 68-0715 and 51-02. With a couple of shutdowns Having real fun. Thanks for your input.
