    Yes I can use al my defined local virtual hosts. So that's really great. What I do not like is that I need to start a dialupconnection for internet sites. IE should do that automatically. So if someone has a solution to this problem. That would be great as well. Hope to hear from you. Richard

    My HOSTS file (in windows-dir) looks like: 127.0.0.1 localhost 127.0.0.1 home When I open a dos-promt and type: 'ping home', then it gives me a pop-up to establish a dial-up connection.
