Open SCManager failed!!???
Please help! I must have installed Apache successfully, as the test said syntax O.K.. I installed both Apache and PHP on WINNT. So I think the problem is PHP, but I followed the instructions several times, I don't see what I did wrong. When I start Apache I get the message "Open SCmanager...- Helplessness
