    Insufficient Privledges Netbuilder Router

    I have a Superstack II Netbuilder Router. I connect through the console port via a serial cable. I can logon as root and admin with no password, yet it always says my privledges are just user. Any idea why? ANY help would be appreciated! Thanks!!
