I have the fdisk.exe in the boot disk. The sys.com, however is missing. I will download this and try again.

Hello All, When my pc is left idle for a long time, or when I lock my pc for sometime, my mouse hangs. I have to reboot the pc to get the mouse to work again. Any help will be appreciated. (By the was, I am connected to two cpu's on the same pc with a switchbox). The mouse hangs on both these cpu.

I would use the REPLACE function. Example, for carriage returns (chr(10), replace (text,chr(10),'') ...... It would then be possible to eliminate such characters from within the text as well, and not just from the beginning or the end.

The number of records is not to many. It may range from 1 to 50 per user. Does the <table_name>.delete has any kind of locking effect on the resources?
