    E3855 Unable to position media

    I have installed arcserve 2000 to the server. When I try to make Backup I always get the same error msg(E3855 Unable to position media) but if I try to format, or erase, or scan the tape I have no problem. Only when I try to backup. Please help!!!!!!!
