I kicked all the users off and:
Stop IIS & Exchange services including smtp
Remove IIS
Includes:
Active Server Pages
ASP.net
WWW Service
App Server Console
SMTP
NNTP
Reinstall IIS
It is all working now, only took 45mins.
(I must have screwed the config somewhere along the line)

Pushmail works on 2 user accounts/mobile5 devices
Environment: Win2k3 Std Server, Exchange 2003, firewall ports 80,443 open.
No other global cat servers or AD replicas.
When I added another user it fails to sync:

Thanks for the idea, tried it and it made no difference to the error.
I am very close to uninstalling IIS and exchange and reinstalling.
I have 3 other sites and they are all working fine.
In Active Directory Users and computers properties of the user in exchange feature tab it has all enabled.
I cannot find any specific reference to activesync.

OK a hard reset of the device seems to work as I still cant get the Mobileadmin util working.
Now at least I can stop cross pollinating users mail and calendars :)
Set Enforce password on device to enable, wipe after 4 unsucsessful attemps.
No anonymous access to active sync
Policy comes down to the phone and makes me set a password
Then if I get it wrong twice it warns it will lock the sim if I get it wrong again.
Even if I hard reset the phone, it seems...

Here is the issue, I cant for the life of me work out what I have screwed here.
OWA works fine (no SSL)
username bill / Billspassword, displays Bills mail (good)
username Fred / Fredspassword, displays Freds mail (good)
Mobile 5 PushMail
username bill...
Drop your still into the project.
Right-click and select motion.
Set start point and end point zoom to 200%
Then move you start point and end point to where ever you want.
Render work area and check it out.

I had 1 PC out of 50 doing this last week.
It turned out he had Instant Messaging Enabled in Outlook (tools --> options --> other)
I disabled IM and he now previews and opens at the same pace of everone else.
Terminal Server License server should not be the terminal server.
I fell for that.
Still working on the uninstall/migrate to another server.

Thanks Yizhar, found it.
Turned out the donkey who set it up the 1st time had a typo in the org name.
Got the server rebuilt and the mail restored. A lot of mucking around due to service pack levels both Exchange and NT4.0.
Now my internet service is not there, but it should only be a config...
Thanks for the reply brontosaurus, but alas.... the old registry is a thing of the past, and no backup on tape.
I am still looking, but have gone back 14 months, it appears because the site uses backupexec v7.x, there is no chechbox for backup registry, so they didnt.
