Advice for Newbie to IP Office upgrades

I made an analog extension have a Shortcode for DialExtn. This is for the door phone speaker. It dials the extension and it automatically picks up after 1 ring. Were could I find the field to change this. Any help would be appreciated..........- stevepaz

Dial By Name
what i have noticed is when you create a mailbox and in propmts you to record your name, if you don't record a name in that field then the directory listing for that extension will not come up. Even if you have it programmed. Hopefully this may help.- stevepaz
