    Graphics appear in Browser Preview but do not print.

    Graphics appear in browser window.  In FrontPage, Picture Properties correctly locates them in the Images subdirectory within the correct web subdirectory.  They can be either jpeg or gif.  When I try to print the page, I get the "surrogate" image marker...
