Merlin Msg 1.1 & "Barge-In"
Getting VMS going on a 7.0 Legend system. Managers like using DND, so Receptionist uses "Barge-In" feature to interrupt when needed. Problem now is that Barge-In goes into VMS when Manager is not on the phone & has DND on. Any ideas? Thanks!- stevedealy
