NT, I am having a very similar problem. I've got a calculated sub-total field in one of my report groupings that is set to FIXED decimal places (Access converts this value to TEXT), but I want to add the rounded subtotals in the report footer. How Do I perform calucalations on a calculated value in a report?
I have summed a series of records in one grouping in my report. In the next report level, I calculate a sub-total and perform a rounding and sig-fig operation on that value. In the final report level, I want to total the calculated sub-totals, but I can only total the original data points. HELP!- jbseryan
